Helium Digital is a digital agency based in Johannesburg, South Africa. We design websites, build AI automations, and run SEO and social media direction for businesses across South Africa and abroad.

We only collect what we need to run the business and serve clients well.

• Contact details you submit through our forms or email: name, business name, email address, phone number, and the project brief you share.
• Booking information when you schedule a discovery call through our booking partner (Calendly), including the event time and any notes you add.
• Client records if we engage: invoicing details, project files, and communication history needed to deliver the work.
• Technical data automatically collected when you visit the site: IP address, browser and device type, referring URL, and pages viewed. This is aggregated for analytics and security only.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

• To respond to enquiries and proposals you request.
